The role above controls what he can do inside Order → Dispatch and Sample CRM. These ticks decide which systems appear on his home page. An Admin always gets everything.
Built-in login — shared by a whole department.
Everyone on this floor signs in with this one User ID, so changing the password changes it for all of them at once. You can set the password and the display name. The User ID and the role are fixed in the system: the role is wired to page permissions across the platform, and the User ID is what the floor types every morning. A built-in login can never be deleted.
A password saved here cannot be read back — if it is forgotten, use Reset to built-in default below.
Tip: click a user in the list to edit. Leave the password blank while editing to keep the old password.

Built-in logins are listed above with a built-in tag. They are fixed in the system and can never be deleted. The five marked shared (Crosia, Loom, Production Crosia, Packing Crosia, Jobwork Crosia) are typed by whole departments — click one to set its password or display name. Admin is built-in but not editable here: the scheduled reports sign in with it.
