Leave all four blank and every report covers its own normal period (mostly today; salary, Delegation MIS
and the two checklists cover this month; Pl vs Act covers all the data on record).
From–To wins over the single Date for every report that works on a date range, and over the Month box
for Pl vs Act and Delegation MIS. The Date box still drives the reports that cover one day, and the Month box the
ones that cover a month — a report that has no such period simply ignores it. Whatever is in force is spelled
out below and again on the Period: line of every preview.
