Doer ne jo tasks Completed submit kiye hain wo yahan verify hone tak dikhte hain. Reject karne par wahi task naye Task ID ke sath doer ko dobara assign ho jata hai (WhatsApp bhi jata hai). MD ke WhatsApp par bhi verify link jata hai.

Score formula (har doer ke Due tasks me se — jinki target date nikal chuki hai) — 🟢 On-time: target date tak complete kiye (count + %); 🟡 Revised 2×: jo tasks doer ne 2 baar aage badhaye (count + %); 🔴 Revised >2×: 2 baar se zyada badhaye (count + %). 🔴 Ignored = kitne TASK target date ke baad reminder par bina jawab ke chhode gaye — ek task ek hi baar ginta hai, chahe kitni bhi subah nikal jaye. (Kitni baar hua, wo chhote akshar me neeche dikhta hai; target date se pehle wale "free" me alag dikhte hain.) Flag: koi task >2× revise = RED, koi 2× = YELLOW, warna GREEN.

MIS % — every task is worth 1 point, and the MIS % says how much of that was lost. It is therefore always a minus; a clean 100% reads as 0%.
• Nothing is judged before its own deadline. An open task whose target date has not passed is in hand — it is in neither half of the sum, so it can neither help nor hurt. The owner's rule, 31-Aug-2026: the −100% starts only once the target date is crossed.
• Due but not completed → the whole point is gone (−100%). A task nobody ever opened the form for — neither Done nor Revised, and a reminder already ignored after the date — is counted as Missed. It costs exactly the same; the separate name is only so you can see whether the work is still in hand or being ignored.
• Completed but revised → 1×: 25% less · 2×: 50% · 3×: 75% · 4× or more: the whole 100%. A revision moves the deadline, which is why it is not free.
• MIS % = (total points ÷ total Due) − 100%. Example: 2 of 10 due tasks completed clean = −80%. A rejected task earns nothing; the task re-issued in its place earns its own point.
